Client instructions with a paper trail. Down to the sentence.
For law firms, agencies and consultancies: every client instruction tied to the email or call that set it, and every version that came before.
Updated
Where client instructions go wrong.
01
Instructions drift
A client's instructions change across emails and calls, and the record keeps only the latest.
02
No source on the record
When an instruction is questioned, nobody can say which message it came from.
03
Scope creep without a trail
Scope changes arrive in passing and overwrite what was agreed.
Scenarios
Questions a client team can answer.
How OpenCRM answers
Its observation names the field and cites the email it came from.
How OpenCRM answers
Every version of the scope stays on the record, oldest to newest, with the message behind each.
How OpenCRM answers
An open conflict lists both claims and their sources until someone resolves it with a written note.
What changes.
- Instructions you can traceEvery client instruction links to the message that set it.
- Scope with a historySuperseded scope stays on the record with its own source.
- Contradictions surfacedDisagreements stay open until a person settles them.
- Records on your serversOpenCRM runs where you run it; nothing goes to a hosted CRM.
Controls.
A source for each field
Observations name the field they cover and cite the artifact behind it.
Append-only event log
Entity changes are logged with their diff and never edited.
Agent attribution
Entity writes can carry the agent id, tool call id and prompt hash.
Content hashes
Each artifact is stored with a SHA-256 hash of its text.
Export
Take every record out as JSON, whenever you need it.
Self-hosted
One SQLite file on infrastructure you control.
Questions.
Is a conflict here the same as a conflict-of-interest check?
No. In OpenCRM a conflict means two recorded facts disagree, such as two different signing authorities. It doesn't check parties against a client list.
Should we store confidential client material in it?
The open-source server has no sign-in or access control. Keep it on a private network, and talk to Attri about access control before storing confidential material.
Does it replace our practice or project management system?
No. It's a record of client facts and their sources for your agents. Connectors to other systems aren't built yet.
Every fact should show its source. Start with the agents you already run.
Run OpenCRM on sample data in minutes, or have Attri deploy it inside your environment with sign-in and connectors.
